Includes tape, block, skim, and sand as needed for rooms listed above except playroom.
Includes powder room, library, dressing room, laundry, and playroom.
Ceilings- Flat.
Walls- Flat.
Trim/Doors- Semigloss Extra White.
Total cost includes labor and materials.
